Sales Manager
NES is one of the UK’s leading manufacturers of retail and graphics displays, signage schemes, LED lighting and light walls, architectural facades, rainscreen cladding & architectural graphic features. Based in Essex and working from our 100,000 sq ft facility we have worked on prestigious architectural and display projects both in the UK and Europe.
Due to restructuring of the company we are now looking to recruit a Sales Manager. The role will require you to introduce new business whilst providing leadership and management to our sales team.
The ideal candidate must have current working experience within our industry and be able to demonstrate a high level of technical competence. Excellent management skills, coupled with the ability to motivate staff and communicate across all levels are key to the success of the individual. The role would suit someone who is dynamic and outgoing, with the ability to recognise and target market sectors that have potential to NES whilst still achieving monthly budgets. Self motivated and able to work on their own initiative, the role would suit someone looking to progress their career in a fast moving design led company.

We are looking to recruit a sales person within our Sales Department. The role will require you to introduce new business whilst maintaining and growing existing accounts.
This position is primarily involved within the POS digital print, signage and exhibition graphics side of the business. The ideal candidate must have current working experience within our industry and be able to work proactively to obtain new customers. The ability to work under pressure and excellent communication skills are key to the success of the individual.
Self motivated with bags of enthusiasm, this role would suit someone looking to progress their career in a fast moving, design led company.

Signmaker / Fabricator
NES is one of the UKs leading manufacturers of retail and graphics displays, signage schemes, LED lighting and light walls, architectural facades, rainscreen cladding & architectural graphic features. Based in Colchester and working from our 100,000 sq ft facility we have worked on prestigious architectural and display projects both in the UK and Europe.
Due to expansion we are now recruiting for a Sign Maker/Fabricator to be based in our workshop. The role encompasses fabrication of signs and displays from aluminium, acrylics, PVC foamex, plastics, metals and also using lighting components. This role covers a wide variety of jobs all made to customer specifications. The applicant should be familiar with the machinery used in a fabrication workshop, and be able to demonstrate fabrication, assembly and finishing skills.
Essential Requirements
Ability to read schematic drawings.
Plastics and acrylics fabrication experience essential. Ability to follow verbal or written instructions.
Power tool & bench top skills.
Attention to detail is crucial.
Experience of saws and hand power tools.
Desirable
Skilled sheet metal worker experience desirable.
CNC router operation an advantage but not necessary.
Knowledge of sign and POS fabrication desirable.
Computer knowledge an advantage but not necessary.
